Expert Immigration (ABN 65 676 034 110) operates immigrationexpert.com.au ("Immigration Expert"). Effective date: 27 June 2026. By using immigrationexpert.com.au you agree to these terms.

1. People seeking help (enquirers)

• Submitting an enquiry is free and places you under no obligation.
• Your enquiry may be shared with up to three (3) registered migration agents or legal practitioners who may contact you (see our Privacy Policy). You consent to this when you submit the form.
• Any engagement, advice, fee arrangement or contract is solely between you and the agent or lawyer you choose. We are not a party to it and are not responsible for the services they provide.
• You should satisfy yourself as to an agent's registration and suitability before engaging them.

2. Agents and legal practitioners

2.1 Eligibility

• You must be a current OMARA-registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner holding a current practising certificate, and you must provide a valid registration/certificate number on sign-up.
• Accounts are reviewed before activation. We may verify your registration, decline registration, and suspend or terminate accounts that are not eligible or that breach these terms. You must keep your registration current and notify us if it lapses.

2.2 Credits

• One (1) credit unlocks the full contact details of one (1) matching lead. Each lead may be unlocked by up to three (3) agents.
• Approved accounts receive five (5) complimentary credits. Additional credits are available to approved agents in packs (inclusive of GST) via Stripe, at the current price shown in your agent dashboard once you are logged in.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are tied to your account.

2.3 Refunds and disputes

• Credit spends are final except through our dispute process: if a lead is invalid (for example fake, duplicate, wrong category or genuinely uncontactable) you may flag it within forty-eight (48) hours of unlocking it. We review each dispute and, if upheld, refund one (1) credit.
• For purchases of credit packs, nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, purchased credits are non-refundable for change of mind.

2.4 Acceptable use of lead data

• You may use a lead's contact details only to offer and provide migration or legal services relevant to their enquiry.
• You must comply with all applicable laws including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and must not on-sell, share or misuse lead data.
• Leads are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any lead will respond or convert.

3. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the platform, including any dealings between enquirers and agents. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for the relevant credits.

4. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

5. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always shown on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
